End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement describes permitted use of Kintah Trade OS digital services, portal access, booking tools, forms, documents, and related website functionality. Users may access the service for lawful business or client-service purposes, must protect account credentials, and may not copy, reverse engineer, misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, nonpayment, security concerns, or violation of applicable terms.
